Psychiatrist - deals with mental health issues.
What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist? Both can provide psychotherapy, but a psychiatrist is a medical doctor and can prescribe medication.
Ophthalmologist - diagnose and treat eye disorders and perform surgical eye procedures.
Pulmonologist - deal with the lungs and repiration.
Cardiologist - specializes in the heart.
What does CPR stand for? Cardiopulmonary resuscitation. When doing CPR you are forcing the heart and lungs to function.
Gastroenterologist - deal with issues of the stomach, intestines, etc.
Podiatrist - deal with the feet.
Dermatologist - specialize in skin conditions that can range from acne to skin cancer.
Audiologist - handle conditions dealing with the ear and hearing. What does it mean to be an auditory learner? You learn best through hearing the material.
