Options for ordering a yearbook:
Orders are due by May 24, 2024 (to guarantee a book)
Book price is $30
Books are scheduled to be passed out to students over summer break.
1. Order online (using credit/debit card or Paypal)

*There is a $1 handling fee for online orders*
2. Pay at school (cash, check, or money order)
- send payment (checks should be made payable to Perry Local Schools)
- include order form OR note with student's name, grade, homeroom, and YOUR email address
